Fast service and support
Great Service in the past. They will not set up home insurance over the phone and they do not have a agent to do home visits. This is unfortunate as some people can not easily get to the office due to health reasons or age, ect.
The one lady here is always rude when I take people there for their id's. She also denies certain pieces of ID and denies them based on made up policies and when we try cornerstone insurance they always help us out. We've had an SGI list of prerequisites and were denied, where as Cornerstone gave us no issues
The people there are great and are super helpful. They answer all my questions and i couldn't ask for more when dealing what is usually a pain with insurance. Definitely recommend
