Currently residing at Carlton Park. Not enjoying it whatsoever. I've lived in multiple places in Prince Albert and it's by far the worst. It's never maintained, the doors are always open, buzzers don't work, cops are there pretty frequently, and I kid you not the fire alarm gets pulled AT LEAST once a week. I don't recommend it.
I live 18 months in here the worse place I lived finally I'm leaving I don't recommended this place they don't clean only a couple times in summer i complained about ice cream stuck in a window in a stair in winter well they came clean it when someone was coming to see the place 2 months later I realized they only clean when someone is coming see a place I had fruit fly's coming in my apartment I couldn't leave any food on my counter phone them 3 times about it , the mail boxes always gets broking in too , the police is always here nearly ever sleep at night impossible to leave your windows open the security doors are always broken and for 18 months they said the buzzers will get fixed never happen my kids hate it here , the secretary at the office is really rude my tenants think the same way also the fire alarm gets pull a lot always in the middle of the night now when it rings no one bother moving the garbage all over outside and they keep put it up my rent every 6 months now it switched to 8 months depend of your lease also they shampoo the carpets when I moved in, well what a bad job me and my friend shampoo the carpets for 7 hours it was horrible the pee smell on and on I have disgusting pictures to prove it in case they want to charge me on my way out really crooked management worse place ever
We used to live in 33 River St apartment for ten months. The apartment is quite nice. Clean and quiet. But, when it comes to service, it's not their priority. We request maintenance to fix something in our unit and it took them almost a week to fix. And when it's time to move out of our apartment that when our worst experience from weidner happened. The area director, Augustine, if I remembered his name correctly, did the move out inspection. He said we won't get anything from our deposit back because they need to clean the apartment. Even the re-painting on the walls he said we need to pay. When I said I'm going to clean the things that needs to be cleaned and just do the inspection the next day he then pointed another issue with the unit. I feel like he just want to make sure We don't get anything from our deposit. I called the Ombudsman Saskatchewan and they said tenants should not pay for any wear and tear just like the paint on the walls. Just a heads up to other people who's moving out from weidner, call Ombudsman Saskatchewan first before scheduling an inspection. Ask everything about what you need to pay when moving out.

When we first moved to the city we considered moving here and after a viewing of the complex we never gave them a second thought...YUCK
