Must try this elegant but casual restaurant! Awesome food as well as the presentation of the food. Staff is knowledgeable about menu and so friendly! I will definitely come back when in the area. I promise you won't be disappointed!!!!!
Rack of Lamb and cheesecake is fantastic! Excellent service and fine dining, we have never been disappointed for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!
Nice light dinner out for cocktails, appetizers, soup, salad, coffee and dessert. A little more upscale with tablecloths and cloth napkins. Wild rice and mushroom soup was thick, creamy and delicious. Fruit salad with chicken was bright, light, and refreshing. Coffee blend was possibly the most well rounded I have ever tasted, my guess is a combination of light, medium, and dark roasted beans. About $100 with tip.
If you're in P.A., you should eat here. Best Cobb salad I've had in a long time! And with a Saskatchewan twist! Nice... A Cobb salad is one of those things that usually has so many ingredients that have to be prepared, that one is sub-par. Not here. Everything was perfect. If they were in Toronto, there would be a line out the door...
Nice ambiance, friendly staffs and owner. Great presentation and good portion on the Cobb salad. It was also very fresh and tasty. Only negative in the salad is the small potion of dressing and when requested for a bit more, I was not advised but was later charged a dollar more for the extra dressing. I did not minded the extra charge but certainly did not appreciate getting charged for not being informed in advance. The wild rice soup, on the other hand, was somewhat disappointing. Again, good portion and look very nice in the plate bowl. However, it was extremely bland. No flavor at all. I normally do not do this but had to add quite a bit of both salt and pepper for the soup to have any flavor. Overall, I am glad I went and enjoyed the salad. I will certainly go back and give them a second chance, and try other dishes.
