Although the hotel had very nice rooms and was pleasantly decorated, the attitude of some of the stuff, mainly housekeeping was not very pleasant. We requested that our room be made up after 2pm and they agreed but when we came back later that night the room had not been seen too. Friends of ours that were staying in the Next Room found that their sheets were dirty and when they requested that the sheets be changed they came back to find that the sheets which were on the bed or balled up in a corner of the room and the new sheets had just been thrown on the bed. Apart from that all of the staff at the front desk were lovely and pleasant to deal with. Not sure if I would stay here again.
Could have been cleaner. Was a pig stye including the suite we got. Made complaint the morning. They promised ro call my mom back to accommodate her. We are still waiting. Charity
Im From toronto and I didn't like it at all first check in I went into th room and the sheets had stains. When I told the house keeping staff he gave me attitude and changed the sheets but left the beds a mess
The place was dirty, there were workers and random people shouting at each other down the hallway, people knocking on our hotel room door asking for a light. It was loud, and I didnt feel safe in the slightest. Never mind the police and the 30 people in the hallway. And Im pretty sure our room wasnt properly cleaned. We couldnt get out of there fast enough. I see tons of bad reviews on here for the same sort of thing, obviously nothings changed.
