Me & my children had an awesome stay! the staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything that i needed. when i say anything i mean anything!! the room we stayed it was amazing & it sure felt like home. Before check out time i got a call from the front desk to ask if we needed anything more before we left. Definitely staying at the Ramada Inn again when we return to Prince Albert! Thank You Staff for all your help. We really appreciated your stay at your hotel. see you next time!
The elevator was broken for the three days we were there, which was quite inconvenient when hauling a baby and a week's worth of luggage in and out to the third floor!The AC was not working in our first room, the breakfast lounge, or our extended family's room.The hallways were dirty, stained and hot! The door to our first room was broken.This being said, the staff were good and the rooms were clean at least.
The Hotel common areas are in need of upgrading but the room is nice and clean. The restaurant Signature 22 is amazing. We wont even consider eating anywhere else. If you are in Prince Albert, you must try it. The service has been very friendly and accommodating. I would give it 3.5/5
Got to the room and first thing i noticed is that they didnt clean the bathrooms at all from the last people staying there. Left and came back for the night to find out that the floor we booked opened up a bar without informing us beforehand. The music could be heard down the hall and was told nothing could be done. Would not recomend.
Nice clean rooms, very much enjoyed the stay here. You know what set me up for almost anything like this happened before and after all that I could never get to know when that happened. You can do that with the band over there. My first question was about how much did you get back from them.I would definitely recommend this place!
