I've lived alot of places, and usually Canadian Tire is nothing special. But this one is packed with people constantly; I didn't understand why until I read an article about the incredible generosity of the owner of this location. He sounds like an incredible representative of his community. I now shop there frequently and will continue to do so!
I brought my vehicle in to get my headlights adjusted. They were not properly aligned when I get my vehicle back. I wrote a email stating my situation to head office and I had my situation looked into. I brought my vehicle back to Canadian tire prince Albert, and explained my issues. My vehicle was worked on for over two hours. I was expecting to pay the difference but it was at no charge! I was treated with nothing but respect the whole time and my headlight situation was fixed. I love Canadian for prices, friendly staff and great deals! I will always have Canadian tire be my go to. The gentleman working the service counter was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Canadian tire!
Staff is very friendly and easy to find. They actually try to help you. The store itself is extremely cluttered which often makes it difficult to find product. We went there to buy a bathroom fan but they didn't have the one we wanted in stock. In fact, they barely had any in stock. Great place for garden supplies, though!
I find that the PA Cdn Tire store often has items at super-sale prices that other locations don't.
Friendly staff and fair prices. Alps great deals and stuff to find! The garden centre is usually pretty good. Probably the better one in pa.
